UOW Batemans Bay

UOW, Batemans BayUOW Batemans Bay is part of the University of Wollongong's network of satellite campuses. These campuses bring university education to their local community. Students enrolled in any of the programs offered at Batemans Bay can take advantage of the opportunity to study with an internationally recognised institution without leaving their local area.

Students can complete a range of complete University of Wollongong courses via a combination of video conferencing, streamed lectures and face to face tutorials. Via use of state of the art technology, students at Batemans Bay are linked into the UOW network of courses and services. 

At the campus, students learn in a friendly, student-centred environment, making full use of small work group tutorials, seminars and classes as well as linking with others across the network of UOW students.

The campus also houses the Batemans Bay Community Library and TAFE.

The Library has experienced staff to assist students and stocks an excellent core collection of print, reserves and audiovisual materials as well as access to electronic databases and full text resources.
